Terms & Conditions

Please review our operational guidelines before embarking on your Egyptian adventure. These terms ensure a safe, thrilling, and highly organized experience for all our guests across the desert and the Nile.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Green Valley Egypt, your gateway to unforgettable desert safaris, canyon treks, and Nile cruises. By booking any of our adventure packages, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We are committed to providing safe, thrilling, and high-quality experiences across Egypt's most stunning landscapes. These guidelines are established to ensure that every participant understands their rights and responsibilities during our tours. Please review this document carefully before finalizing your expedition with our expert team. If you disagree with any portion of these rules, you must not proceed with your reservation. We reserve the right to update these policies periodically to reflect changes in local laws or safety protocols. Your continued use of our services after such updates constitutes your full acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Booking and Reservations

Securing your adventure requires a formal booking through our official communication channels or approved travel agents. A reservation is only considered confirmed once you receive a digital receipt and provide the necessary deposit. We strongly advise booking your VIP safaris and luxury cruises well in advance due to high seasonal demand. Every traveler must provide accurate personal details, including emergency contacts, to ensure proper safety manifesting. We hold the right to refuse service or cancel a booking if essential safety criteria cannot be met by the participant. Group bookings must have a designated lead who is responsible for communicating all terms to their fellow travelers. Any special dietary or medical requests must be submitted during the booking phase so our team can prepare accordingly. While we strive to accommodate all needs, the remote nature of our desert camps may occasionally limit specific provisions.

3. Payments & Cancellations

A non-refundable deposit is mandatory to lock in your chosen date, with the remaining balance collected prior to departure. We process all financial transactions through secure, certified gateways to protect your sensitive billing information. If you need to cancel your trip, you must submit a written request directly to our customer support team. Early cancellations may qualify for a partial refund, heavily dependent on how close the cancellation is to the departure date. Last-minute cancellations or failing to show up on the day of the tour will result in a complete forfeiture of all paid funds. We evaluate emergency cancellations resulting from severe illness or sudden travel bans strictly on a case-by-case basis. We highly recommend purchasing independent travel insurance that adequately covers unforeseen disruptions to your itinerary. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take up to twenty-one business days to reflect in your account.

4. Health and Fitness

Our adrenaline-focused activities like dune bashing and canyon trekking require a reasonable standard of physical health. It is your sole responsibility to ensure you are medically fit to handle the demands of your chosen outdoor adventure. Guests with preexisting conditions, pregnant women, or those with severe back injuries are strongly discouraged from participating in high-impact rides. You must disclose any severe allergies or medical concerns to our guides before the journey begins for your own safety. Our certified instructors reserve the absolute right to deny participation if they assess your health as a severe risk factor. Emergency medical access can be significantly delayed when exploring deep, remote sections of the Sahara desert. You are required to follow all safety briefings and properly utilize all provided protective gear throughout the excursion. Disregarding these mandatory safety protocols may lead to your immediate removal from the tour without financial compensation.

5. Itinerary and Adaptations

The Egyptian desert and the Nile River are dynamic environments where extreme weather can occur unexpectedly. Green Valley Egypt reserves the right to modify, delay, or reroute any itinerary to prioritize the safety of our guests. Severe sandstorms, unseasonal flooding, or local authority directives may force us to temporarily suspend specific activities. If an excursion is altered significantly before departure, we will promptly offer an alternative date or an equivalent adventure package. Should hazardous weather strike while a tour is actively underway, our guides will immediately pivot to a secure contingency plan. We cannot accept financial liability for any missed photography opportunities or minor delays caused by these uncontrollable natural events. Our operations team works diligently to ensure you still receive exceptional value and an unforgettable experience despite the changes. We appreciate your understanding that working harmoniously with nature requires flexibility and a spirit of adventure.

6. Code of Conduct

We strive to maintain a respectful, welcoming, and culturally sensitive atmosphere for all guests and local communities. You are expected to treat our guides, drivers, local Bedouin partners, and fellow travelers with the utmost courtesy. Aggressive behavior, excessive alcohol consumption, or deliberate violations of safety guidelines will not be tolerated during any expedition. We strictly enforce a leave-no-trace environmental policy to protect the fragile ecosystems of our deserts and canyons. Removing natural objects, ancient artifacts, or local flora from the environment is strictly prohibited and punishable by local laws. Please respect local traditions by dressing appropriately and always asking for permission before photographing local residents. We reserve the unconditional right to terminate the tour of any individual whose behavior heavily disrupts the group's experience. Any guest removed for behavioral violations must arrange their own return transport and will not receive any form of refund.

7. Risk Assumption

Participating in off-road buggies, rock climbing, and desert safaris inherently involves certain unpredictable hazards. By voluntarily joining our excursions, you explicitly assume all known and unknown risks associated with rugged outdoor tourism. We meticulously maintain all our vehicles, boats, and adventure equipment to the highest possible international safety standards. Nevertheless, we cannot be held legally liable for personal injuries, accidental property damage, or lost belongings during the trip. It is your responsibility to securely store your cameras and personal items while navigating challenging terrain. We sometimes collaborate with trusted third-party providers, and our liability remains strictly limited to our directly managed services. You may be required to sign a standard liability waiver before engaging in specific high-risk activities. We strongly reiterate that securing comprehensive travel and medical insurance is vital before arriving for your adventure.

8. Media and Property

During our stunning safaris, our professional team may capture photographs or videos to highlight the group experience. By participating, you grant Green Valley Egypt the right to use these media files for promotional and marketing purposes. If you strongly prefer to remain completely excluded from our public media, please inform your guide in writing beforehand. All written content, custom designs, and imagery featured on our website remain the exclusive intellectual property of our brand. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any of our digital materials without explicit written authorization. We enthusiastically encourage guests to capture their own magical moments and share them across personal social media platforms. Tagging our official accounts allows us to celebrate and share your incredible journey through the Egyptian landscapes. Any commercial broadcasting or professional filming during our tours requires a legally binding media contract established prior to arrival.
